APPLICATIONS

• Cups are put down on the holes of the rotary table by vacuuming without letting the cups go down freely
• Filling process is carried out automatically and volumetrically
• No cup then No fill "for preventing product loss and keep the process line clean"
• Prior to heat-sealing application, a pin under the rotary table squeezing the cups to get rid of air inside the cups for well-sealing and provides cups having longer shelf life
• Heat-sealing by resistances being controlled by PID
• 2 line dating (production, expiration)
• Easy to use, user friendly smart PLC tells the operator what the problem is and which steps needed to be followed for solution.
• Valves are kept away from the main system for security purposes
• CIP system (self-cleaning-system) can be activated just by pressing a single button. The CIP system cleans what is left inside the pumps during production at the end of the production day or getting into a new product to be filled.
