APPLICATIONS Cups are put down on the holes of the rotary table by vacuuming without letting the cups go down freely Filling process is carried out automatically and volumetrically No cup then No fill "for preventing product loss and keep the process line clean" Prior to heat-sealing application, a pin under the rotary table squeezing the cups to get rid of air inside the cups for well-sealing and provides cups having longer shelf life Heat-sealing by resistances being controlled by PID 2 line dating (production, expiration) Easy to use, user friendly smart PLC tells the operator what the problem is and which steps needed to be followed for solution. Valves are kept away from the main system for security purposes CIP system (self-cleaning-system) can be activated just by pressing a single button. The CIP system cleans what is left inside the pumps during production at the end of the production day or getting into a new product to be filled.
