Before getting into the details of the machines, we highly recommend you to have a look at below issues to understand what kind of a service you buy with the machines...!

Common Features    : All the machines being manufactured by JACOPACK^® are composed of best metarials. Main chasis are made of AISI 304 or preferably AISI 316 and all product contact parts are made of AISI 316 quality stainless-steel and comply with sanitary regulations. We are cooperating with SMC, FESTO, OMRON in pnumatics; SEW ( Euro-Drive ) in Servo-Motors; PANASONIC, SIEMENS in PLC touch-sensitive-screens together with CE marked electrical components. All stainless-steel parts are cut by CNC laser-cut technology in the processing center of the company.

Spare-Parts              : The company is handing over a set of spare-parts package for 1 year or preferably 2 year maintenance as "free-of-charge" with the first delivery. Within the warranty process, the company is also providing door-to-door spare-parts delivery as free-of-charge on customer demand.

Installation                :  Technician(s) of the company go to installation, see the performance of the machine in production after activating, providing technical education for operators as "free-of-charge" (except accomodation and travelling costs) just after the machine has arrived to the customer's production line.

After-Sales Service   :   Within the warranty process, if needed, our technical team goes for service within 2 days at the latest just after the confirmation of the problem.
