SYSTEM

  • Preformed cups in the cup dispenser are dropped down the holes of the palettes by a fingernail system. Cup are also grabbed from the very bottom by a vacuuming piston to make sure the cups are the correct position before filling process…
  • Prior to filling process, cups are controlled by photocells if there are cups on the rotary table, if not, machine stops and give a auditory warning signal ( No Cup ; No Fill ). Filling process is carried out automatically and volumetrically. Standart filling machine can fill the same size but different volumes of cups automatically just by changing the parameters of grama settings through PLC touch screen…Optionally we can modify the machine so as to work with different size of cups with additional parts..)
  • Filled cups come under the lid dispenser. Precut lids in the dispenser are dropped down on the filled cups by a vacuuming piston. Lids are controlled by a photocell prior to heat sealing application ( No Lid ; No Seal ).
  • Prior to heat sealing by resistances, cups are squeezed by a “pin” which is under the palette system to get rid of additional air that may be contaminated. This feature provides well-sealing of lids, longer shelf-life and prevent lids to be inflated. After this application, sealing process is carried out by resistances. The temperature of resistances are also adjustable by PLC screen. So machine is able to seal different thickness of lids…
  • Filled and sealed cups then come under the dating station. Cups are dated by 2 lane..(production and expiration date on lid by ink)
  • All processed cups then come to the empty station and taken up to the continuously running conveyor and discharge off the machine towards accumulating table…
